Here at Peak Health and Wellness we do not accept insurance.  However, we will provide you with a receipt, CPT codes, and diagnosis codes for you to submit claims to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Patients are advised to keep any insurance plans they have to cover the cost of any medications, referrals, catastrophic events, surgeries, etc.
